ProRail seeks expertise at Bjond about pretreatment steel

ProRail has been looking for some time in the market for coating systems with a longer lifespan. In order for a coating system to perform well, the choice and execution of the correct pre-treatment is crucial. There are many different pre-treatment methods in the market and new ones are constantly being added. Within the framework of more sustainable preservation with longer service lives, it is therefore important for ProRail to gain more insight into the subject of "pre-treatment of steel". On behalf of ProRail, Bjond carries out an inventory of various pre-treatment techniques. the ultimate goal is to be able to make a well-founded choice for practical tests in the first place. Bjond collaborates with ProRail on the future of steel preservation.
